Speaking

I have a unique ability to translate complex scientific research into helpful insights that empower people to better manage stress.

I’ve spoken on stages throughout the United States and internationally to audiences of all sizes, ranging from intimate gatherings of 10 people to large-scale events with 1,000+ in attendance.

My signature workshop is a 60-minute online interactive workshop on stress resilience which, to date, I’ve led for more than 30 corporate teams.

I especially enjoy fireside chat-style forums on coping with stress and optimizing performance.
